This fluffy dinner rolls is the best part of the Dinner. They’re light, perfectly fluffy for everyone!
INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED
- Flour
- yeast
- oil
- Honey
- Milk
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Butter
- Salt

TIPS TO MAKE A PERFECT DINNER FLUFFY ROLLS
STEP 1
in a bowl add milk 150ml(½ cup) temperature around 95F not too cold not too hot then add sugar 2 ½ tbsp (30g), add yeast 1 tsp, add egg at room temperature and then add softened unsalted butter 1 ½ tbsp (50g), add flour (bread flour or plain flour) 2 ½ cup (325g) and then mix.
Kneed for three to four minutes until become soft and elastic dough
press the dough if it go back the way it look like after you touch it, it means its ready
STEP 2
Divide and shape the Dough. rolled the Dough in the shape of long circle and divide into equal pieces, cover the dough with a damp cloth, to prevent any chance of drying in 15 minutes and then flattened each of dough and the tuck in the edges toward the center and then roll into the shape of a round ball and place the rolled dough in a prepared baking tray. used a baking tray like non stick of non sticky and spread with butter and the placed a parchment paper on the top so that it will be easier to remove the bowls from the tray after its been baked.
STEP 3
The Shaped Dough. cover the tray with a plastic and let them sit and rise in a warm place for 60 minutes, after 1 hour the Dough ball will rise and now make an egg washed i make egg washed so my fluffy Dinner rolls will look like appealing in the eyes
Egg wash ingredients
1 egg and 1 tbsp milk and then mix it then put the egg wash in the top of the dough.
STEP 4
Baked at 375F (18-20min) until they are golden brown at the top. and when it already cooked take the tray out of the oven and remove the tray and place the cooked Rolls on a cooling rock and then enjoy and share it with your family.
